LOCAL CITATION BUILDING IN PURLEAR, NC
Make the whole web agree on who you are
Consistent business listings across the directories that actually matter, so Google has no reason to doubt your name, address and phone number. You work with Kris directly, you own everything we build, and there is no contract and no setup fee.
Citations are how Google builds confidence
A citation is any mention of your business name, address and phone online. When they all agree, Google trusts the data. When they disagree, it trusts none of them, and your ranking pays for that.
Consistency is the signal
Not volume. The same name, the same address format, the same phone number everywhere is what does the work.
Some directories still send traffic
Apple Maps, Bing Places, Yelp and the industry specific ones still produce real calls, not just SEO value.
It helps AI answers too
Assistants cross reference sources. Conflicting information is a reason to leave you out of a recommendation.
It is done once and maintained
The bulk of the work is a one time clean up. After that it is just keeping up with changes.
What we usually find
Most businesses have listings they never created and have never seen.
An old address still out there
You moved three years ago and half the internet did not get the memo. This one is the most damaging.
The phone number in three formats
With dashes, with dots, with the area code in brackets. Pick one and use it everywhere.
Listings created automatically
Data aggregators generate listings from public records. You never made them and they are often wrong.
Duplicates in the same directory
Two Yelp pages, two Bing listings. Each one splits whatever authority the business has.
Name variations
With LLC, without LLC, with a tagline attached. Google treats small differences as uncertainty.
Nothing in the industry directories
The general directories are table stakes. The ones specific to your trade are where the advantage is.
How citation work runs
Clean up first, build second. Building on top of a mess just adds to it.
Audit what exists
Find every listing out there, including the ones you never made, and record where each one disagrees.
Agree the canonical details
One exact name, one exact address format, one phone number. Written down so everything after this matches it.
Fix and remove
Correct the wrong ones, merge or remove duplicates, claim the ones created automatically.
Build where it counts
The core directories plus the ones specific to your trade and your region. No bulk submission services.
How you pay for it
Local Citation Building is part of the monthly plan rather than a separate line item, because on its own it does not move the needle the way the whole system does. Every plan covers the ongoing Google Business Profile work, the local SEO and the reporting, and includes a set number of new pages or articles each month. You pick three, six or twelve depending on how fast you want to build out. A website is a separate one time build and hosting is a small monthly add on. No contract, no setup fee, cancel any month. The plans page lays out what each one costs.
You get the person doing the work, not an account manager
Most agencies put a salesperson in front of you and a stranger behind the work. Here you talk to Kris every time, and the person you talk to is the person inside your Google profile and your website.
You own everything we build
Your Google profile, your website, your domain, your analytics. All of it lives in your accounts. If we ever part ways you walk away owning the whole thing, with nothing to untangle.
Clear pricing and no contract
A monthly plan covers the ongoing work. Cancel any month. Extra pages are $157.50 each on a plan, the same price for every client, with no upsell on the pages that matter most.
We already know this market
We work Purlear and the roads around it every week. You are not paying us to learn where your customers are.
You can reach a human
Call or text (828) 379-1663 and you get an answer, not a ticket number. That is the whole support system and it is the one most owners actually want.
Five ways to reach us
Call, text, email, mail or send the form. Whichever you pick you get a real answer, usually the same day.

Tell me where your business is listed
Takes about a minute. You get a reply with what I would do first and what it would cost, before you ever get a sales call.
Counties and towns we cover
Every one of these has its own page with detail specific to that place. If your town is not on the list, call anyway. We take on clients across the United States.
Straight answers before you pick up the phone
These come up on nearly every call about this service. If yours is not here, ask it on the phone.
How many citations do I need?
Fewer than the services selling five hundred for fifty dollars want you to think. The core directories plus the ones that matter in your trade, all consistent, beats hundreds of junk listings every time.
Should I buy a bulk citation package?
No. They create listings on sites nobody uses, often with slightly wrong data, and you cannot easily remove them later. It is one of the few things in this field that can actively set you back.
I moved. How bad is that?
It is the most common and most damaging citation problem there is. Old addresses linger for years in aggregator data. It is fixable but it takes a systematic pass rather than updating the two listings you remember.
Do citations still matter?
Less than they did ten years ago and more than people think. They have shifted from a ranking lever to a trust requirement. Having them wrong hurts more than having them right helps.
What about my address if I am a service area business?
Your address stays hidden on Google but the data still needs to be consistent where it does appear. We keep the format identical everywhere so nothing conflicts.
Services that pair with this one
Most clients run two or three of these together. Each one is sold on its own as well.
Google Business Profile Management
The full monthly service. Most of these smaller jobs are included in it.
One conversation. Fifteen minutes. No pitch.
Tell me your business name and whether you have ever moved. I will find what is out there and tell you where it disagrees with itself.
