REVIEW MANAGEMENT IN PURLEAR, NC
Every review answered, including the bad ones
Monitoring and replying to your Google reviews so the profile reads like a business that pays attention. You work with Kris directly, you own everything we build, and there is no contract and no setup fee.
The reply changes what the next person thinks
Nobody reads one review. They read the pattern, and the pattern includes how you respond. A calm reply under a complaint is often more persuasive than the five stars above it.
Replying is a ranking signal
Google states that responding to reviews can improve local ranking. It is also one of the few signals entirely within your control.
A bad review can work for you
Handled well, a complaint with a measured reply reassures far more people than it loses. Handled badly or ignored, it does real damage.
Nothing gets missed
Monitoring means a review that needs a response gets one within a day, not whenever somebody notices.
Patterns surface
Three people mentioning the same thing is information about your business, not just about your profile.
What we usually find
The reviews are often fine. The handling is what is missing.
Months of reviews with no replies
The most common thing we see. It reads as a business that stopped caring, whatever the star ratings say.
Defensive replies to complaints
Arguing in public never wins. It convinces the reader that the complaint was probably fair.
Identical copy and paste thanks
Twenty replies saying thanks for your business reads as automated and adds nothing.
Nobody notices a new review for weeks
Response speed matters, both for the reviewer and for how the profile reads.
Fake reviews left in place
Competitor spam and reviews from people who were never customers can be reported. Most businesses never do.
No pattern tracking
Three complaints about the same thing over six months is a signal worth acting on, and nobody is looking.
How review management runs
Quiet, consistent and off your plate.
Monitor daily
New reviews flagged as they arrive so nothing sits for a week.
Reply in your voice
Specific, human replies that reference the actual job. Approved by you at the start, then run without needing your time.
Handle the hard ones together
Anything serious comes to you first. We draft, you approve, nobody posts something in anger.
Report and flag
Policy violating reviews reported, and a monthly summary of what people are actually saying.
How you pay for it
Review Management is part of the monthly plan rather than a separate line item, because on its own it does not move the needle the way the whole system does. Every plan covers the ongoing Google Business Profile work, the local SEO and the reporting, and includes a set number of new pages or articles each month. You pick three, six or twelve depending on how fast you want to build out. A website is a separate one time build and hosting is a small monthly add on. No contract, no setup fee, cancel any month. The plans page lays out what each one costs.
You get the person doing the work, not an account manager
Most agencies put a salesperson in front of you and a stranger behind the work. Here you talk to Kris every time, and the person you talk to is the person inside your Google profile and your website.
You own everything we build
Your Google profile, your website, your domain, your analytics. All of it lives in your accounts. If we ever part ways you walk away owning the whole thing, with nothing to untangle.
Clear pricing and no contract
One monthly plan covers the ongoing work. Cancel any month. Extra pages are $127.50 each on a plan, the same price for every client, with no upsell on the pages that matter most.
We already know this market
We work Purlear and the roads around it every week. You are not paying us to learn where your customers are.
You can reach a human
Call or text (828) 379-1663 and you get an answer, not a ticket number. That is the whole support system and it is the one most owners actually want.
Five ways to reach us
Call, text, email, mail or send the form. Whichever you pick you get a real answer, usually the same day.
590 Siffords Branch Rd, Purlear, NC 28665
Open 24 hours, 7 days a week
Tell me about your review situation
Takes about a minute. You get a reply with what I would do first and what it would cost, before you ever get a sales call.
Counties and towns we cover
Every one of these has its own page with detail specific to that place. If your town is not on the list, call anyway. We take on clients across the United States.
Straight answers before you pick up the phone
These come up on nearly every call about this service. If yours is not here, ask it on the phone.
Should I reply to every review?
Yes, including the short five star ones. It is a ranking signal, it takes seconds, and a profile where every review has a reply reads completely differently from one where none do.
How should I handle a one star review?
Calmly, publicly, briefly, with an offer to resolve it offline. Never argue the facts in public even when you are right. The reply exists for the next hundred readers, not for the reviewer.
Can fake reviews be removed?
Sometimes. Reviews from people who were never customers, competitor spam and content that violates policy can be reported and often come down. It is not instant and it is not guaranteed.
Do you write the replies as me?
Yes, in your voice and approved by you at the start. Anything sensitive comes to you before it goes up.
What if I disagree with a reply you wrote?
Tell me and it gets changed. It is your profile and your reputation, and nothing goes up that you would be uncomfortable having said.
Services that pair with this one
Most clients run two or three of these together. Each one is sold on its own as well.
Google Business Profile Management
The full monthly service. Most of these smaller jobs are included in it.
One conversation. Fifteen minutes. No pitch.
Tell me your business name. I will look at your reviews and your replies before we talk and tell you honestly how it reads to somebody deciding.
