DIGITAL MARKETING FOR BOOKKEEPERS IN NORTHWEST NC
Get found by the business owner who is three months behind
Google Business Profile management, local SEO and websites for bookkeepers across Wilkes, Watauga, Ashe and Avery counties. You work with Kris directly, you own everything we build, and there is no contract and no setup fee.
Recurring revenue makes one client worth a lot
A monthly bookkeeping client who stays three years is worth tens of thousands. That is why being findable at the moment somebody decides they are behind matters so much.
Monthly clients compound
Unlike a one off return, a bookkeeping client is revenue every month. A handful of new ones a year changes the business.
The trigger is specific
People search when they fall behind, when they hire their first employee or when tax season scares them. Content aimed at those moments converts.
Service area business, like most of your clients
No storefront, often remote. That profile setup is different and it is where most bookkeepers lose visibility.
Software specialism is searchable
QuickBooks, Xero, industry specific systems. People search by the software and almost nobody local has a page for it.
What we usually find with bookkeepers
Some of the most under marketed businesses we see, usually because the work speaks for itself until it does not.
No Google Business Profile
Working from home without a storefront, many bookkeepers assume they cannot have one. You can, as a service area business, and it is the biggest free win available.
Address published or profile not set up as service area
Either your home address is showing publicly or your reach is capped. Both are fixable in an afternoon.
Nothing about which software you use
QuickBooks and Xero are searched by name. If you specialise, say so, because very few local competitors do.
No industry specialisms stated
Bookkeeping for contractors is a different job from bookkeeping for restaurants. Saying which you are good at attracts the right clients.
No reviews
Another under reviewed category. A few genuine reviews puts you ahead of almost everyone locally.
Nothing that addresses the shame
People who are behind feel bad about it. Copy that acknowledges that plainly converts far better than copy about accuracy and efficiency.
The same four steps, aimed at your trade
Every client gets the same plan. What changes is where the effort goes inside it.
Audit and access
Your Google profile, your site and whoever is currently taking the calls you want. Problems ranked by what they cost you.
Fix the foundation
Categories, services, service areas, citations, schema and tracking. Most of it lands in the first few weeks.
Run it week to week
Posts, photos, review requests and replies, and one new page or article a month aimed at what your customers search.
Report in plain words
A monthly audit covering what moved, what did not and what changes next month. No impressions dashboards.
What it costs
$399 a month, cancel any month. Extra pages $157.50 each at any volume. A five page website is $637.50 one time and hosting is $20 a month or included in the plan. Google Ads is quoted per account with no markup on your spend.
You get the person doing the work, not an account manager
Most agencies put a salesperson in front of you and a stranger behind the work. Here you talk to Kris every time, and the person you talk to is the person inside your Google profile and your website.
You own everything we build
Your Google profile, your website, your domain, your analytics. All of it lives in your accounts. If we ever part ways you walk away owning the whole thing, with nothing to untangle.
Clear pricing and no contract
One monthly plan covers the ongoing work. Cancel any month. Extra pages are $127.50 each on a plan, the same price for every client, with no upsell on the pages that matter most.
We already know this market
We work Purlear and the roads around it every week. You are not paying us to learn where your customers are.
You can reach a human
Call or text (828) 379-1663 and you get an answer, not a ticket number. That is the whole support system and it is the one most owners actually want.
Five ways to reach us
Call, text, email, mail or send the form. Whichever you pick you get a real answer, usually the same day.
590 Siffords Branch Rd, Purlear, NC 28665
Open 24 hours, 7 days a week
Tell me about your bookkeeping practice
Takes about a minute. You get a reply with what I would do first and what it would cost, before you ever get a sales call.
Counties and towns we cover
Every one of these has its own page with detail specific to that place. If your town is not on the list, call anyway. We take on clients across the United States.
Straight answers for your trade
These come up on nearly every call with a business like yours.
I work from home. Can I have a Google Business Profile?
Yes, as a service area business. Your address stays hidden and you list the towns you serve. A lot of bookkeepers assume they are not eligible and leave the single biggest free source of local clients unused.
Should I say which software I specialise in?
Yes. QuickBooks and Xero are searched by name and almost no local bookkeeper has a page for either. It is one of the cheapest pages to rank you will ever build.
Should I target specific industries?
If you are genuinely better at one, yes. Bookkeeping for contractors with job costing is a different skill from bookkeeping for a restaurant, and saying so brings you the clients you actually want.
How do I get reviews for bookkeeping?
Ask at a natural moment, like after a clean year end or a successful catch up job. Keep it simple and never offer anything for it.
Most of my clients came from referral. Is this worth it?
Referrals have a ceiling and they are slow. This reaches the owner who just realised they are three months behind and has nobody to ask. That is a different, and often better, client.
Where we would start with you
Most clients run two or three of these together.
Google Business Profile Management
The map listing that decides who gets the call. The fastest moving piece for almost every trade.
Local SEO
Pages built for the towns that actually send you work, plus citations and schema.
One conversation. Fifteen minutes. No pitch.
Tell me what kind of clients you want and which software you use. I will tell you whether you have a profile at all and what I would fix first.
