PLANS AND PRICING
Every price we charge, on one page
No quote form standing between you and a number. One monthly plan, a flat page rate that is the same for everyone, and a website build price that does not move.
Three plans, and every price is on this page
Each plan is the same profile and local SEO work. The only difference is how many new pages or articles I build for you each month.
Where most businesses start. All of the profile and local SEO work, plus three new pages or articles every month.
Google Business Profile management, including four posts a month
Review campaigns, requests and replies to every review
Local SEO, citations, schema and on-page work
AI search visibility work
Three new pages or articles every month
Monthly profile and website audit shared with you
CRM access, you pay the CRM usage charges directly
Hosting and domain included if we built your site
The one I recommend. Six pages a month covers every service you offer and every town you serve inside a year.

For a crowded market, or when you want the whole site built out fast. Twelve pages a month is three a week.

Written, built, optimized and published
Five pages for less than the page rate, because a first website should not be the expensive part. Hosting is $20 a month, or included in the monthly plan.

Built to be edited by you
You own the domain, the site and the hosting account
Google Ads built to bring in local calls, managed every month. I am still setting the price, so there is no number here yet.
Search campaigns aimed at people ready to call
Conversion tracking set up and verified before launch
Negative keyword work every month
Call reporting so you hear the leads yourself
The reasoning, since you are going to ask
Most agencies hide pricing because the number changes depending on what they think you can pay. That is the thing we are deliberately not doing.
One rate for everybody
A page is $157.50 whether you are a one van plumber or a twelve location practice. Volume does not change the rate and neither does your logo.
No contract to protect us
Everything lives in accounts you own, so a contract would only exist to stop you leaving. If the work is good you will stay.
No markup on ad spend
Your Google Ads budget goes straight to Google. Management is quoted separately so you can see what each part costs.
No setup fee appearing later
The price you see is the price. There is no onboarding fee, no audit fee and no mandatory first month multiplier.
What the plan does not cover
A short list, because a price page that only lists what you get is not a price page.
Google Ads spend
Your media budget is separate and goes directly to Google. Management of the account is quoted per account because a $600 budget and a $6,000 one are different jobs.
Social media and email marketing
We do not do them. They are real services, we are just not the right shop for them, and a page claiming otherwise would be dishonest.
Logo design and branding guides
Same answer. We will point you at somebody who does it properly.
Photography and video
We will tell you exactly what photos your profile and site need, and we will use the ones you take, but we are not shooting them.
Guaranteed rankings
Nobody honest sells those. What is guaranteed is the work, the reporting and that you will always know what was done.
Paid review generation
Asking your real customers at the right moment, yes. Buying reviews, never. It violates Google policy and it is illegal to present them as genuine.
The admin side, in four lines
Nothing clever here, which is the point.
Free first
The visibility check and the first conversation cost nothing and have no pitch in them.
Monthly, in advance
The $399 bills monthly. One time items like a website build are invoiced separately when the work starts.
Cancel any month
Tell us and the work stops at the end of that month. No exit fee and no clawback.
You keep everything
Profile, site, domain, analytics and ads account stay in your name whether you stay or go.
What a year actually looks like
The $399 plan is $5,988 a year. Inside it sits hosting and domain at $240 a year and twelve pages or articles, which at the standalone rate is $1,890. So roughly $2,130 of the plan has its own price tag before you count any of the profile, review or SEO work.
You get the person doing the work, not an account manager
Most agencies put a salesperson in front of you and a stranger behind the work. Here you talk to Kris every time, and the person you talk to is the person inside your Google profile and your website.
You own everything we build
Your Google profile, your website, your domain, your analytics. All of it lives in your accounts. If we ever part ways you walk away owning the whole thing.
One flat price and no contract
$399 a month covers the ongoing work. Cancel any month. Extra pages are $157.50 each, the same price for every client, with no upsell on the pages that matter most.
We already know this market
Based in Purlear, working across Wilkes, Watauga, Ashe and Avery. We are not learning Purlear on your budget.
You can reach a human
Call or text (828) 379-1663 and you get an answer, not a ticket number. That is the whole support system and it is the one most owners actually want.
Still not sure which pieces you need
That is the most common call we get. Tell me what you sell and what you have tried, and I will tell you where I would start and what it would cost.
590 Siffords Branch Rd, Purlear, NC 28665
Open 24 hours, 7 days a week
Tell me what you need
Takes about a minute. You get a reply with what I would do first and what it would cost.
Straight answers about money
If yours is not here, ask it on the phone.
Is there a setup fee?
No. The first month is the heaviest on our side and it costs the same as every other month. There is no onboarding fee and no audit fee.
What if I only want a website and nothing ongoing?
That is fine and plenty of clients do exactly that. $637.50 for the five page build and $20 a month for hosting, domain and basic maintenance. No plan required.
Can I start with the profile and add the rest later?
Yes, and that is what most clients do. The profile produces calls fastest, which makes everything after it easier to justify.
Do you offer a discount for paying a year up front?
No, and that is deliberate. A discount for prepaying is a contract wearing a different hat. Month to month means month to month.
What happens to the price if my business grows?
The plan price does not change because you got bigger. If you want more pages or more services you buy those at the published rates.
How much should I expect to spend in total?
For a typical local business starting from nothing: $637.50 for the site, then $399 a month. If you already have a decent site, just the $399. Ads are on top and budget is your call.
Do you ever turn work down?
Yes. If a business has no margin on its jobs or there is genuinely no search demand in its market, local SEO will not fix that and I will say so rather than take the money.
One conversation. Fifteen minutes. No pitch.
Tell me what you sell and where you sell it. I will tell you which of these you actually need, which you do not, and what the total would be.
