INTERNET MARKETING SERVICE IN DEEP GAP, NC
Websites, local SEO and Google Ads for well water and gravel drives
Out on 421 the work still comes off a phone list, and search is what reaches the new owner who bought the lot last spring. We build the website, handle the local SEO and run the ads to catch what the phone list cannot. You reach the person doing the work.
You get the person doing the work, not an account manager
Most agencies put a salesperson in front of you and a stranger behind the work. Here you talk to Kris every time, and the person you talk to is the person inside your Google profile and your website.
You own everything we build
Your Google profile, your website, your domain, your analytics. All of it lives in your accounts. If we ever part ways you walk away owning the whole thing, with nothing to untangle.
Clear pricing and no contract
One monthly plan covers the ongoing work. Cancel any month. Extra pages are $127.50 each on a plan, the same price for every client, with no upsell on the pages that matter most.
We already know this market
We work Deep Gap and the roads around it every week. You are not paying us to learn where your customers are.
You can reach a human
Call or text (828) 379-1663 and you get an answer, not a ticket number. That is the whole support system and it is the one most owners actually want.
Six ways we put your business in front of buyers in Deep Gap
Each one is sold on its own or bundled into the monthly plan. Start with one, add the rest when it earns its place.
Google Business Profile Management
The listing that decides whether you appear in the Deep Gap map pack. Categories, services, photos, posts, reviews and the weekly upkeep that keeps it ranking.
Local SEO
Pages built for Deep Gap specifically, plus the citations, schema and on-page work that make Google trust you for this town rather than the next one over. Local backlink building is included on the 6 and 12 page plans.
AI Search Optimization
Buyers increasingly ask ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews for a recommendation. This is the work that gets your business named in those answers.
Google Ads Management
For the jobs you need this week rather than next quarter. Tight targeting around Deep Gap, honest reporting, no spend on clicks that were never going to call.
Website Design
Fast, clear sites that load on a phone with one bar and tell a customer what you do in about four seconds. Built in WordPress and owned by you.
Web Hosting
Managed hosting at $20 a month with backups, SSL and updates handled, so nobody is holding your site hostage at renewal time.
The full reviews, nothing trimmed
Both of these are published in full on thekrisrobinson.com, exactly as they were written.
Rated 5 out of 5
“I couldn’t be happier with the website he created for my business. He took the time to understand exactly what I needed, made the whole process super smooth, and delivered a site that looks professional, clean, and perfectly aligned with my brand. Communication was great the entire time, and he went above and beyond to make sure everything turned out right. I highly recommend him if you want quality work and someone who genuinely cares about the final product.”

“Hello, my name is Joel Gray, and I’m the Pastor of the Vision Baptist Church in Millers Creek, NC. The church was interested in getting a new website that would accommodate the ministry in allowing people to obtain information about the church. Chris has accomplished this goal for us through the website he created. Now people can gain knowledge of the church, listen to preaching, and order printed literature (KJV only) such as tracts and booklets free of charge. Thanks to Chris, we’ve already had some orders for printed literature from the website. To God be the Glory, and thank you Chris for the service you provide!”
Watauga County, NC
US 421, Wilkes County
A corridor community, and that is the advantage
The Blue Ridge Parkway crosses over US 421 at Deep Gap, in the gap on Fire Scale Mountain the community is named for, and US 221 joins 421 just to the northeast. There is no downtown. The commercial geography is the 421 corridor itself and the roads that feed it.
The businesses based here are almost all mobile. Building and repair trades, equipment and land services, haulers, property maintenance, and home based operations that serve a wide area rather than a block. Being on a corridor rather than in a town is the thing to use rather than apologise for, because a business here can credibly serve a long stretch of road and the competition for the local terms is a fraction of what it is at either end of it.
We have run this business out of Purlear since 2024, and Deep Gap has been in our service area the whole time. That is close enough to drive out when it helps, and the client list stays short on purpose, so the person you talk to is the person doing the work.
Low competition, real demand
Very few businesses operating here are doing any of this work, which makes getting properly visible cheaper than almost anywhere else in the High Country.
Parkway traffic is seasonal and searchable
Autumn puts a lot of unfamiliar drivers on 421 and the Parkway, all of them looking something up on a phone. If you sell to visitors, that is a date on a calendar.
Your service area is a line, not a circle
Set it along the corridor you will genuinely drive, in both directions, rather than drawing a radius that includes places you would never take a job in.

Tell me what you need in Deep Gap
Takes about a minute. You get a reply with what I would do first and what it would cost, before you ever get a sales call.
Counties and towns we cover
Every one of these has its own page with detail specific to that place. If your town is not on the list, call anyway. We take on clients across the United States.
Straight answers before you pick up the phone
These come up on nearly every first call here. If yours is not on the list, ask it on the phone and you get the same kind of answer.
Should a Deep Gap business target the bigger towns nearby?
In your service areas, yes, if you genuinely drive there. On your pages, carefully. One page trying to rank in three towns usually ranks in none. We keep Deep Gap as the base and give another market its own page only if the revenue justifies it.
There is no downtown here. Does that hurt?
No, as long as the profile is set up as a service area business. What hurts is running a mobile business on a storefront configuration, which is the default and which quietly caps how far your listing reaches.
What does local SEO cost in Deep Gap?
The monthly plan covers the ongoing Google Business Profile work, the local SEO and the reporting. Websites are a separate one time build, hosting is $20 a month, and extra pages are $127.50 each on a plan. Same price for every client, no contract, no setup fee that turns up later.
How long before I see results in Deep Gap?
Google Business Profile work usually shows movement in the first 30 to 60 days because the profile is the fastest thing to influence. Competitive local rankings take longer, often 3 to 6 months, and it depends on how many businesses here are already doing the work. In a smaller market that is often an advantage, because fewer competitors are doing it properly.
Do you actually work with businesses in Deep Gap?
Yes. Deep Gap is inside the area we cover every week, not a page we built to catch traffic. Call or text (828) 379-1663 and you will be talking to someone who knows the roads your customers drive.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. It is month to month and you can cancel any month. Everything is built in accounts you own, so leaving costs you nothing but the work stopping.
Who owns my Google profile and website?
You do. We work inside your Google account and your hosting and you stay the owner on both. Some agencies create the profile under their own account and use that as leverage later. We do not, and you can verify it yourself at any time.
My business has no storefront in Deep Gap. Can I still rank on Google Maps?
Yes. That is a service area business and it is how most trades, contractors and consultants operate, including us. Your address is hidden and you list the towns you serve instead. Getting that setup wrong is one of the most common reasons a profile underperforms.
My Google profile got suspended. Can you fix it?
Usually. Suspensions almost always trace back to an address problem, keywords stuffed into the business name, or a category that does not match the work. We find the cause, correct it and file the reinstatement. Nobody can guarantee it, but most are recoverable.
Do I need a new website, or can you work with mine?
Either. If your current site loads fast, works on a phone and can be edited, we will keep it and spend your money on visibility instead. If it is slow or you cannot get into it, replacing it is usually cheaper than fighting it.
One conversation. Fifteen minutes. No pitch.
Tell me what you sell and which part of Deep Gap you sell it in. I will tell you what I would do first, what it would cost and how long it should take. If I am not the right fit I will say so on the call.
