Is the first call a sales pitch?
No. It is me asking what is broken and telling you what I would do about it. If that is not worth paying for, you have still got the answer.
Do I need to have anything ready?
Your business name and the town you work out of is enough. I can look up the rest before we talk.
Can we meet in person?
Yes, if you are in the service area. Sometimes a visit is faster than three emails. Most clients never need one.
What if I just have a question?
Ask it. Not every call has to turn into work, and a question answered properly is how most of these start anyway.
