GOOGLE BUSINESS PROFILE OPTIMIZATION IN PURLEAR, NC
Fix everything Google never told you was wrong
A full optimization pass on your Google Business Profile. You work with Kris directly, you own everything we build, and there is no contract and no setup fee.
Most profiles are running at half strength
Google gives you a lot of fields and tells you almost nothing about which ones matter. The result is that nearly every profile we look at has significant unused capacity sitting in it.
Fields nobody filled in
Services, attributes, products, the description, opening date. Each one is a relevance signal and most are empty.
Settings that cap your reach
Service area configuration, address visibility and hours. Get these wrong and you are invisible to people who would have called.
Fast to do, slow to undo
Most of this is a few hours of work and it compounds for years. It is the highest return per hour in local marketing.
You see the change
Profile insights move within weeks, so you get an early, honest read on whether this is working.
The checklist we run through
Every item here has a right answer that depends on your business, not a generic best practice.
Primary and secondary categories
The biggest lever on the profile. Chosen against what is actually ranking in your market rather than what sounds right.
Every service, with a real description
Written in the words your customers type, not in industry language.
Service area or address
If you travel to customers, the address comes off and the towns go on. This one setting changes your whole radius.
Attributes
Women owned, appointment required, wheelchair accessible, free estimates. People filter on these and blank means excluded.
Photos and the business description
Volume, recency and a description that reads like a human wrote it rather than a keyword list.
Hours, including holidays and seasons
Wrong hours is the fastest way to lose a customer and earn a bad review.
How the optimization runs
One pass that takes days, then ongoing upkeep that takes minutes.
Audit against the competition
Not against a checklist. Against the businesses currently holding the positions you want.
Rebuild the profile
Categories, services, attributes, description, hours, photos. Every field with a reason behind it.
Watch the insights
Calls, direction requests and search terms before and after, so the effect is visible rather than assumed.
Keep it current
Profiles decay. Hours change, photos age, categories get added by Google. Ongoing upkeep is what holds the gain.
How you pay for it
Google Business Profile Optimization is part of the monthly plan rather than a separate line item, because on its own it does not move the needle the way the whole system does. Every plan covers the ongoing Google Business Profile work, the local SEO and the reporting, and includes a set number of new pages or articles each month. You pick three, six or twelve depending on how fast you want to build out. A website is a separate one time build and hosting is a small monthly add on. No contract, no setup fee, cancel any month. The plans page lays out what each one costs.
You get the person doing the work, not an account manager
Most agencies put a salesperson in front of you and a stranger behind the work. Here you talk to Kris every time, and the person you talk to is the person inside your Google profile and your website.
You own everything we build
Your Google profile, your website, your domain, your analytics. All of it lives in your accounts. If we ever part ways you walk away owning the whole thing, with nothing to untangle.
Clear pricing and no contract
One monthly plan covers the ongoing work. Cancel any month. Extra pages are $127.50 each on a plan, the same price for every client, with no upsell on the pages that matter most.
We already know this market
We work Purlear and the roads around it every week. You are not paying us to learn where your customers are.
You can reach a human
Call or text (828) 379-1663 and you get an answer, not a ticket number. That is the whole support system and it is the one most owners actually want.
Five ways to reach us
Call, text, email, mail or send the form. Whichever you pick you get a real answer, usually the same day.
590 Siffords Branch Rd, Purlear, NC 28665
Open 24 hours, 7 days a week
Tell me about your profile
Takes about a minute. You get a reply with what I would do first and what it would cost, before you ever get a sales call.
Counties and towns we cover
Every one of these has its own page with detail specific to that place. If your town is not on the list, call anyway. We take on clients across the United States.
Straight answers before you pick up the phone
These come up on nearly every call about this service. If yours is not here, ask it on the phone.
Is this a one time job?
The big pass is, and it is the part that moves most. But profiles decay, Google adds new fields and categories, and a profile nobody touches for a year slips. That is why upkeep is in the monthly plan.
Will changing my category hurt my current rankings?
It can move things temporarily, which is why we change it deliberately rather than experimentally and check what is ranking first. If the current category is wrong, leaving it alone costs more than fixing it.
How many photos should I have?
More than you have now, and more recent. There is no magic number. What matters is that the profile looks actively maintained rather than abandoned.
Can I do this myself?
Yes, and some owners should. The hard part is not the clicking, it is knowing which category and which services actually match what people search in your town. That is the part we are paid for.
What if Google rejects my edits?
Some edits go to review and some get rejected, usually around the business name or address. We know which ones are likely to trip and how to word them so they go through.
Services that pair with this one
Most clients run two or three of these together. Each one is sold on its own as well.
Google Business Profile Management
The full monthly service. Most of these smaller jobs are included in it.
One conversation. Fifteen minutes. No pitch.
Tell me your business name and town. I will look at the profile before we talk and tell you the three fields I would change first.
