DIGITAL MARKETING FOR RESTAURANTS IN NORTHWEST NC
Win the decision made standing on the sidewalk
Google Business Profile management, local SEO and websites for restaurants across Wilkes, Watauga, Ashe and Avery counties. You work with Kris directly, you own everything we build, and there is no contract and no setup fee.
Almost all of it happens on your profile
A visitor standing on Main Street in Blowing Rock or King Street in Boone opens their phone, looks at photos, checks the hours and picks. Your website is barely involved.
Photos decide it
Food photos are the single highest leverage thing on a restaurant profile. Current, plentiful and appetising beats anything else you could do.
Hours have to be right
Wrong hours is the fastest way to lose a customer and earn a bad review. Holiday and seasonal hours especially.
Visitors have no loyalty yet
Up here a large share of your covers are people who have never heard of you. They take whatever the map recommends.
Reviews need replying to
Replying to every review, especially the bad ones, changes what the next reader thinks of you more than the review itself does.
What we usually find with restaurants
Good food, neglected profile. Nearly every time.
Photos from three years ago
The menu changed, the room changed, the photos did not. Photo recency and volume both feed ranking and decision.
Menu stuck in a PDF or an image
Google cannot read it, AI assistants cannot read it, and half your customers cannot read it on a phone. It should be text on a page.
Holiday and seasonal hours never set
The busiest weekends of the year are the ones most likely to have wrong hours showing.
Bad reviews with no reply
One unanswered angry review does more damage than five good ones repair. A calm reply flips it.
No ordering or booking link
If it takes more than two taps to order or reserve, a share of people simply go somewhere else.
Attributes left blank
Outdoor seating, dog friendly, takes reservations, vegetarian options. People filter on these and blank means excluded.
The same four steps, aimed at your trade
Every client gets the same plan. What changes is where the effort goes inside it.
Audit and access
Your Google profile, your site and whoever is currently taking the calls you want. Problems ranked by what they cost you.
Fix the foundation
Categories, services, service areas, citations, schema and tracking. Most of it lands in the first few weeks.
Run it week to week
Posts, photos, review requests and replies, and one new page or article a month aimed at what your customers search.
Report in plain words
A monthly audit covering what moved, what did not and what changes next month. No impressions dashboards.
What it costs
$399 a month, cancel any month. Extra pages $157.50 each at any volume. A five page website is $637.50 one time and hosting is $20 a month or included in the plan. Google Ads is quoted per account with no markup on your spend.
You get the person doing the work, not an account manager
Most agencies put a salesperson in front of you and a stranger behind the work. Here you talk to Kris every time, and the person you talk to is the person inside your Google profile and your website.
You own everything we build
Your Google profile, your website, your domain, your analytics. All of it lives in your accounts. If we ever part ways you walk away owning the whole thing, with nothing to untangle.
Clear pricing and no contract
A monthly plan covers the ongoing work. Cancel any month. Extra pages are $157.50 each on a plan, the same price for every client, with no upsell on the pages that matter most.
We already know this market
We work Purlear and the roads around it every week. You are not paying us to learn where your customers are.
You can reach a human
Call or text (828) 379-1663 and you get an answer, not a ticket number. That is the whole support system and it is the one most owners actually want.
Five ways to reach us
Call, text, email, mail or send the form. Whichever you pick you get a real answer, usually the same day.
590 Siffords Branch Rd, Purlear, NC 28665
Open 24 hours, 7 days a week
Tell me about your restaurant
Takes about a minute. You get a reply with what I would do first and what it would cost, before you ever get a sales call.
Counties and towns we cover
Every one of these has its own page with detail specific to that place. If your town is not on the list, call anyway. We take on clients across the United States.
Straight answers for your trade
These come up on nearly every call with a business like yours.
What is the single most important thing?
Photos. Current, plentiful, well lit food photos on your Google profile. Nothing else you can do moves a restaurant decision as much, and almost every local restaurant is out of date on this.
Should my menu be a PDF?
No. Put it on a page as real text. Google cannot read a PDF properly, AI assistants cannot quote it, and it is awkward on a phone. This one change often helps more than people expect.
How should I handle a bad review?
Reply calmly, publicly, without arguing, and offer to sort it out offline. The reply is not for the person who complained, it is for the next hundred people who read it.
Do I even need a website?
A small one, yes, mostly for the menu as text, your story and booking. But for a restaurant the profile does the heavy lifting and the site supports it, not the other way around.
My business is seasonal. What do I do in the quiet months?
Keep the profile alive with posts and photos, fix the hours ahead of each season, and build the review flow. Going dark for three months costs you the start of the next season.
Where we would start with you
Most clients run two or three of these together.
Google Business Profile Management
The map listing that decides who gets the call. The fastest moving piece for almost every trade.
Local SEO
Pages built for the towns that actually send you work, plus citations and schema.
One conversation. Fifteen minutes. No pitch.
Tell me where you are and what your season looks like. I will look at your profile and tell you honestly how your photos and hours compare to the places beating you.
