REVIEW GENERATION IN PURLEAR, NC
Your happy customers were never asked
A review campaign that runs in the background and gets your real customers to leave real reviews. You work with Kris directly, you own everything we build, and there is no contract and no setup fee.
Reviews do two jobs at once
They move your ranking and they decide whether the person reading picks you. Very few things in local marketing do both, which is why this is usually the highest leverage habit a business can build.
Count and recency both rank
A steady flow of new reviews signals an active business. A burst two years ago signals the opposite.
It is the deciding factor
Between two businesses that look similar on the map, the one with more and better reviews gets the call almost every time.
Reviews that name the town help
Asking the right question gets a review that mentions the work and the place, which is worth more than a generic five stars.
It costs nothing but asking
No media budget. The only input is a system that makes asking automatic so it does not depend on remembering.
Why most businesses do not get reviews
Almost never because the customers are unhappy.
Nobody asks
The most common reason by far. The work was good, the customer was pleased, and the moment passed.
Asking at the wrong time
A week later, by email, after the feeling faded. The moment is when the job finishes and they are standing there happy.
Too many steps
Find Google, search the business, scroll, click, sign in. Every step loses people. It should be one link and two taps.
Asking everybody including the unhappy ones
A campaign with no judgement in it harvests the bad ones too. The timing and the audience both matter.
Offering something for it
Incentivised reviews violate Google policy and are illegal to present as genuine. It also produces reviews that read as fake.
No reply to the ones you get
Unanswered reviews read as a business that stopped paying attention, which undoes much of the benefit.
How the campaign runs
Set up once, then it runs without you thinking about it.
Find the right moment
Different for every business. Job completion, delivery, the follow up call. We build around what actually happens in yours.
Make it two taps
A direct review link by text or email that lands them on the review box, not on your profile to go hunting.
Automate the asking
Through the CRM included in the plan, so it happens whether or not anybody remembers.
Reply to every one
Good and bad. The reply is for the next person reading, not for the reviewer.
How you pay for it
Review Generation is part of the monthly plan rather than a separate line item, because on its own it does not move the needle the way the whole system does. Every plan covers the ongoing Google Business Profile work, the local SEO and the reporting, and includes a set number of new pages or articles each month. You pick three, six or twelve depending on how fast you want to build out. A website is a separate one time build and hosting is a small monthly add on. No contract, no setup fee, cancel any month. The plans page lays out what each one costs.
You get the person doing the work, not an account manager
Most agencies put a salesperson in front of you and a stranger behind the work. Here you talk to Kris every time, and the person you talk to is the person inside your Google profile and your website.
You own everything we build
Your Google profile, your website, your domain, your analytics. All of it lives in your accounts. If we ever part ways you walk away owning the whole thing, with nothing to untangle.
Clear pricing and no contract
One monthly plan covers the ongoing work. Cancel any month. Extra pages are $127.50 each on a plan, the same price for every client, with no upsell on the pages that matter most.
We already know this market
We work Purlear and the roads around it every week. You are not paying us to learn where your customers are.
You can reach a human
Call or text (828) 379-1663 and you get an answer, not a ticket number. That is the whole support system and it is the one most owners actually want.
Five ways to reach us
Call, text, email, mail or send the form. Whichever you pick you get a real answer, usually the same day.

Tell me how you finish a job
Takes about a minute. You get a reply with what I would do first and what it would cost, before you ever get a sales call.
Counties and towns we cover
Every one of these has its own page with detail specific to that place. If your town is not on the list, call anyway. We take on clients across the United States.
Straight answers before you pick up the phone
These come up on nearly every call about this service. If yours is not here, ask it on the phone.
Can I offer a discount for a review?
No. Incentivised reviews violate Google policy and presenting them as genuine is illegal. It also tends to produce reviews that read as bought, which does more harm than no review at all.
What if I get a bad one?
You will eventually, and it is survivable. A calm public reply offering to sort it out does more for the next reader than the complaint does against you. A profile with only perfect reviews looks suspicious anyway.
How many reviews do I need?
Enough to be credible against whoever is beating you in the map pack. That is a different number in Lansing than in Boone, which is why we look at the actual competition.
Can you remove a bad review?
Only if it violates Google policy, which means spam, conflict of interest, or content that is not about an actual experience. A genuine bad review from a real customer cannot be removed, and the right response is to reply well.
Will customers find it annoying?
Asking once, at the right moment, with a link that takes two taps, is not annoying. Asking repeatedly by email a week later is. The system is built around the first one.
Services that pair with this one
Most clients run two or three of these together. Each one is sold on its own as well.
Google Business Profile Management
The full monthly service. Most of these smaller jobs are included in it.
One conversation. Fifteen minutes. No pitch.
Tell me how a job finishes in your business. I will tell you where the ask should sit and how to make it take two taps.
