What you can expect from us, what we expect from you, and what neither of us can promise.
Using this website
This website is provided for information. Everything on it is offered in good faith and believed accurate at the time of writing, but it is general information rather than advice about your specific business. Nothing on this site creates a client relationship on its own.
Our services
We provide Google Business Profile management, local search engine optimisation, AI search optimisation, Google Ads management and website design and hosting. What is included in each plan is described on the Plans page, and the price stated there is the price.
Billing and cancellation
Monthly plans are billed monthly in advance. There is no contract and no minimum term. You may cancel at any time, from your account or by emailing us, and you will not be billed again after that. We do not require a phone call to cancel.
One-time work, such as a website build, is quoted and invoiced separately and is described before you agree to it.
Third-party costs are yours and are never marked up by us. That includes your Google Ads spend, which is billed to you directly by Google on your own account, and GoHighLevel usage charges such as text messages and call minutes, which GoHighLevel bills you at their rates.
What we do not promise
We do not guarantee any particular search ranking, traffic level, lead volume, conversion rate or revenue outcome. Search engines and AI systems are controlled by the companies that operate them, not by us. They change how they work without notice and they do not accept requests.
What we do commit to is doing the work described, reporting honestly on what happened, and telling you when something is not working.
Who owns what
You own your website, your domain, your Google Business Profile, your Google Ads account, your analytics accounts and the content we write for you, once it is paid for. If you leave, you take all of it, including every login. We do not build on accounts you cannot access and we do not hold work back.
We retain ownership of our own internal templates, processes and documentation.
What we need from you
Access to the accounts we need to do the work, accurate information about your business, and reasonably timely answers when we ask a question. If you supply us with content, photographs or logos, you confirm you have the right to use them.
Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim relating to our services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of North Carolina.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. If a change materially affects an existing client, we will tell that client directly rather than relying on this page.
