What we collect. When you submit a form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, business name, your website address if you give it, and whatever you write in your message. When you visit, we automatically collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, time on the site, and the page that referred you, through Google Analytics.
Why we collect it. To respond to your enquiry, to provide services you ask for, to send you information you requested, to improve this website, and to measure our own marketing.
Who we share it with. Service providers who help us operate this business: our website host, our email provider, our CRM, and our analytics and advertising providers. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We may disclose information if we are legally required to.
How long we keep it. Enquiry records for three years after your last contact with us. Client records for as long as our business and legal obligations require.
Your choices. You can unsubscribe from any marketing email using the link in that email. You can ask us to stop calling or texting at any time. You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing hello@yallclick.com, we honour those requests no matter which state you live in. You can disable cookies in your browser.
Do Not Track. This website does not currently respond to Do Not Track browser signals. Third parties, including Google, may collect information about your activity across websites over time.

Information you give us
We collect what you type into our contact form, what you send us by email, and what you tell us on the phone. If you become a client, we also collect the business information we need to do the work, access to your Google Business Profile, your website, your analytics accounts and your advertising accounts.
Information collected automatically
Like nearly every website, this one uses Google Analytics. It records your IP address, roughly where you are, what browser and device you used, which pages you looked at, how long you stayed and where you came from. We use it to understand what is working on this site.
We also use Google Search Console, which reports on how this site appears in Google search results. It does not identify individual visitors to us.
If we run Google Ads, advertising cookies may be used to measure whether an advertisement led to an enquiry.
Cookies
This site uses cookies for basic functionality, for analytics, and potentially for advertising measurement. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking them will not stop you using this site.
Text messages and phone calls
If you tick the consent box on our contact form, you are giving us permission to call and text you about our services, including with automated systems. That consent is never a condition of buying anything from us. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies. You can revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to a text, emailing hello@yallclick.com, or calling 828-379-1663, and we will action it within ten business days.
Children
This website is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of the page. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
